Peloton ships to the United States using USPS for all orders over $99. All other products are shipped via FedEx Ground (or UPS, if necessary) and will be delivered within 2-5 business days of being processed.
Returned items may be shipped back to Peloton for exchange or store credit within 15 days of purchase. Any product with a non-defective and original packaging is eligible for return, subject to 30% restocking fee (unless otherwise noted). To receive an RMA number you must contact customer service at 1-888-343-7832 x2.
Peloton Outlet does not accept returns for the following reasons…
Returns due to customer modification of product. For example, changing the height or length on an elliptical trainer is not covered by our return policy and will result in a restocking fee being applied. Please note that if you change your mind after purchase we are unable to refund the cost of parts used for service customizations.
Returns due to user error or product failure caused by misuse, abuse of the equipment/exercised machine in an unsafe manner, abnormal use including any other condition which is not considered normal wear and tear for that particular item (i.e., dents) will NOT be covered under our return policy.
Peloton is not liable for any damage to the product caused by using it outside of its intended use. Please note that if you change your mind after purchase we are unable to refund the cost of parts used for service customizations.
